The staff are welcoming and friendly. Only used the bar/restaurant but the food is good and atmosphere cosy and relaxing.

A lovely hotel. Rooms basic but clean.All the staff were great and very helpful . Nice bar and food very tasty. 4 minute walk to the castle and racecourse just up the road. Would highly recommended.

Probably the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world only one light bulb uncomfortable bed no phone sink water unusable bathroom pitch black so unusable absolute disgrace such a shame as staff delightful and bar is great - I checked out at 4 am after no sleep

Probably the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world - only one light bulb in the room that worked no ceiling lights the light by the bed didn't work and neither did the bathroom light - room almost pitch black tiny uncomfortable bed water in sink didn't flow properly such a shame as the staff are delightful and so is the bar

My wife, toddler and I stopped off for Sunday lunch. The service, food and atmosphere were exemplary. I would highly recommend the roast beef to anyone.

Sadly, not even a phone in the room. They would not even supply a bar meal at 1730hrs, so we had to go out to find food. Very dissapointing considering the price. This was our second visit.. Won't be coming again.

Wonderful! I had my birthday party at the Warwick Arms this month. I cannot praise the events team & staff enough! From booking, through planning, to on the night: everything was just perfect! Thank you! Professionalism with a friendly approach made all the difference. All our guests were very happy and also enjoyed the overnight stay. We would highly recommend the hotel for a function, dining and overnight stay. So good to support our home town - #WarwickRocks!

This has been my single worst experience of any hotel I have ever stayed in globally. They are missing quality experiences, like simple hot chocolate for breakfast, but also fundamentals like a shower that is properly useable or someone at reception. I couldn't check out, because nobody was around at 05:00. I was also rudely awaken one morning at 04:00 by a fire alarm triggered by another guest showering, which is not directly their fault, but a testament to the terrible lack of attention to detail their rooms are designed with. It seemed clear to me that they hope to survive on the "charm" an old English house with uneven floors and terrible facilities will offer, which for me it clearly did not. It is just an old old building that made me want to not be there anymore.

Very expensive for the size of room, my ensuite was tiny, very poor choice at breakfast, no vegetarian options. Very noisy if your room is at the front, only single glazing doesn't help.

We stayed for 2 nights for our wedding in Warwick. We had booked out a lot of rooms and it was quite complicated with our party including two babies. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made made to feel so welcome. It is a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is amazing! Our favourite part was the bar area and the various seating areas. The decor is lovely and was the perfect place for us to sit the night before the wedding. We would 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

This is a review about the restaurant only. I ordered the blade of beef with Guinness joux and it was divine. The beef was succulent and tender and was served with mash and gravy. Glorious. A must try if you are in the area. Worth every penny. I also ordered the Korean chicken wings which was also tasty.

We booked the restaurant for afternoon tea to celebrate a baby shower with a small group of friends. £15 each, very reasonable for afternoon tea - lots of food (sandwiches, sausages rolls, quiche, scones, cupcakes, brownies) and lovely friendly attentive service! Our server Georgia was really great! Thank you! Let us bring our balloons and stuff for the occasion too.

Accommodation & catering for a small wedding reception. Rooms ,food & service were all excellent. Staff were helpful & efficient when dealing with our questions & helped make the day special. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is situated just on the edge of the town, away from the noise of pubs etc, but you still have easy access to everything. The castle is a short easy walk, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and mins walk away. The location for us was perfect as we like to be central, but be able to relax . The hotel has a friendly relaxed feel, every staff member said hello and welcomed us with a smile , reception has a desk as soon as you walk in, great welcome. We were able to park in the car park, we didn’t expect to be able to, so that was great , it’s a good size car park , reception made sure my husband found it ok and showed him the back entrance door with the bags . Their was a small problem with the allocation of our room, so we went for a drink in the bar while they sorted things out, this turned out great , full of locals having a drinks , loads of info on best places to eat etc. reception allocated us a different room very quickly , apologised and we got an up grade , not expected , but nice! The room was lovely, big comfortable bed everything was clean and we had bottled water, tea coffee etc , large fan and extra heaters, if required. Breakfast was delicious, pastries, bread, cereals, fruit and a fried breakfast if you wanted with loads of choice. The building is old and the walls and floors are not perfect, they creek a bit , this just adds to the charm. We had a great stay at this hotel , the staff are nice ,the location is great and the castle is close, I would highly recommend. Just wanted to thanks to Georgia, Damians, Tracey and the lovely chap that worked the bar, football night, we had a great time.

Good hotel in great central location. Let down by breakfast included in cost. Most trays empty & took an age to items to come from kitchen. Staff didn’t seem to have any idea why or when so very hit & miss! Coffee was instant too.

I did not enjoy my stay here! First of all they still have a sign saying reception even though the reception isn’t where the sign is they’ve just stuck a table and chair in the middle and are calling that reception… Very creaky floorboards so much so that you can hear people walk about. The extracter fan stunk when I put it on after a shower… Straight when I got in the room I found hair on the bed… which obviously was really offputting then I found smaller ones! I was hoping for a nice free breakfast but even that was a let down… veggie sausages? 20 minutes.. The waiter during breakfast was lovely (ginger hair petite) but it shouldn’t take that long! She was the only one who greeted me and it wasn’t until 10 minutes later and asked if I wanted a hot drink… liked the location as it was close to an event at Warwick Castle! It isn’t worth the price, Will not be returning that’s for sure.

Came here on Thurs for a quick concert pizza and burger, didn't think it would be that tasty, so good we've come for Sunday lunch which was amazing, gravy was divine and the cheese board way bigger than we expected, Tom our server was just lovely and attentive 5 stars all round!

Absolutely terrible food. Charge a fortune in prices and the pizza and chips were definitely frozen with dehydrated chicken for 14£. Absolute shocker, do not go here for the food.
